Question...can I freeze roasted brussels sprouts?

I got some leaves from the sprouts top when the farm was trimming

them so the plants would set bigger sprouts.

I sliced them really thinly and sauteed with some garlic. It took a bit longer to cook than kale, but they had a flavor like very mild Brussels sprouts. We loved them.

 
ah...maybe that's the secret. I thought they were like beet greens and sauteed them

very briefly. They were tough and I wouldn't bother again.
