Question for anyone who made AGM/CapeCod's Candied Orange Peel Biscotti>>>

Directions for the peel say to score it into 5-6 sections. Would you chop the peels before adding it to the recipe or leave them long?

Orange Peel--I haven't made these but have made many other recipes for Biscotti....

and would cut the peel in small pieces, otherwise you would have a hard time slicing them without tearing them apart.

I usually leave them long but slice them so they are thin.
