Just looked at this and wanted to say thanks Charlie for the Brioche>>>

stuffing recipe. It sounds wonderful. I noticed it doesn't have any egg in it. Should it? Can't wait to try this!

The recipe doesn't call for egg, but a couple wouldn't hurt if you like a more compact stuffing

This is almost identical to my mom's recipe. It's never fail and a basic that can be added to.
