RECIPE: REC: Julia Child's Chocolate Sauce. I spent yesterday making chocolate crepes at a high school

RECIPE:
One of my favorite appliances -Crepe Maker

I have loved crepes ever since we made them in high school french class. I for some reason, always have trouble flipping the crepes. But after getting this Crepe Maker, crepes are such a breeze. I also blend the batter in a blender. It's great because you can mix the batter in advance if you have guests over, and they are always impresse/entertained by the appliance. It looks like a inverted frying pan and you just dip and flip over.

This is the one I have, they have some on finerkitchens.com, but those are a more expensive.

my favorite crepes are with nutella or a little parmesan cheese sprinkled on when the crepe is still in the pan so it melts.
