RECIPE: REC: New Twist on Antipasto

small jar marinated mushrooms

14-oz can artichoke hearts

1 10-oz jar green, drained

1 6-oz can ripe olives, drained

1/4 c green pepper

3/4 c vinegar

3/4 c olive oil

1/4 c minced onion

2 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

1 ts Salt

pinch garlic

1 ts Sugar

black pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring a boil. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. When cooled, process until coarsely chopped and serve with crackers or crusty Italian bread.
