RECIPE: Rec: Spicy Pork and Cashew Stir Fry with Snow Peas and Red Pepper

Made this tonight for dinner. It was fabulous, despite my spilling one of the sauces all over the counter at a critical moment. I doubled the marinade sauce and the one that goes in the stir fry.

I think this wins for longest recipe title.

This one is very good. We've made it for a couple of years now...

...and it's our favorite stir fry.

It might be in T&T, I don't know.

Everyone should try this if they like stir fry at home.
