tonight and my tummy is singing! I posted this some time ago and it has been on my charcoal backburner for some time. I got it from Weber's free Recipe of the Week series.

I doubled the ingredients using 5 lbs. of chicken thighs and sauce but kept the rub as written and it was just the perfect amount to sprinkle over both sides of the chicken.

I just loved the sauce that I doubled and cooked until semithick to my liking. The rub would be good for pan frying or roasting - such good flavor!

This was well worth the effort of firing-up my charcoal grill tonight!

Thanks Kendall. I love to hone my charcoal BBQ skills. Since I moved from Philly only a year ago,

Florida gives me more of an opportunity to experiment with a mostly crystal clear sky - day or night.

Oooh, did I love the smell of the hickory smoke that emitted from the lid and permeated the chicken thighs...

Best of all, loads of leftovers for tonight and a couple of days thereafter!
