I know this! It's red chili paste w/ fermented black beans. Look for a squat jar with three chilis

on the label. (The jar is the same as a salsa jar, wide mouth and squat.) The one with the clip art image of three chilies is my favorite. Not the one with two chilies. You're looking for the brand that has 3.
