RECIPE: Recipe: Grandma Albertelli's Famous Broccoli Rabe Pie - Saw this on T.V. looked and tasted

I love rabe....

and will probably try this recipe, but I have a question.
WHAT is a garlic TOOTH????
Do you think they mean clove? I've never heard them called teeth!

 
RCP: Sautéed Broccoli Rabe

Saute Broccoli Rabe
Yield: 4 servings

3 TBS. evoo
3 cloves garlic, chopped
Pinch red pepper flakes
1 bunch rabe, trimmed and cut into bite-size pieces
1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth
coarse salt and gr. black pepper to taste

Sauté garlic and pepper flakes, about 30 seconds. Add Rabe and cook until bright green, about 3 minutes. Add chicken broth and season with salt and pepper, cook until just tender about 3 - 5 minutes. Serve
Note - sometimes I add a splash of sesame oil or white truffle oil.
