If the photos didn't turn out too pathetic, I am definitely blogging on this.

I made a small change - instead of leeks I used fennel. Long story short, I've been having major stomach problems and at the present time avoiding anything on the oniony family... Fennel is supposed to soothe the stomach, right? So substitution done. Delicious pilaf

Hubby thinks I am the best cook in the known universe... and I will simply smile and accept his compliments.. .smileys/smile.gif
