I think the key was that I had found some really tasty caraway seed.

H gave it 8/1, (surprised me as he is not crazy about any veg). I'm giving it 10/10.

Although I love lots of dill, I didn't add all that was asked for. It was quite a challenge, dealing with the measurements and the quantity to feed 2000. So in the end, I was just winging it.

It's definitely on the 'can-make-again' list. Many thank yous.

Marg, glad you enjoyed it!...

that is a great recipe. I love pumpkin, winter squash, and sweet potatoes, but hate all the sweet glop they usually get assaulted with. You can play around with the spices on that pretty easily. Add some chili, etc.
