I thought I was going to pass out when I tried them on. Maybe I was deluded into thinking medium was

the right size. smileys/smile.gif

OK my lovelies, I have one word for you.... carbohydrates! that's what has worked for me.

I'm now a size 4-6 and it wasn't always like that. if you stay under 80 carbs a day, you can lose 15 - 20 lbs in 2 wks. it slows down a bit after that but the weight just keeps melting away.

I pretty much eat what I want now but never got back into pastries and sweets. a lot of us have wheat allergies that we don't even know we have.

I don't know what CathyZ did but she lost a lot of weight too and looks great.

also, without the sugar and wheat, I'm a lot healtier too, inspite of fat intake, as in, I love butter, sausage and bacon.

the link is what low carbs look like. smileys/smile.gif

thanks Ang, I wasn't sure. what the heck are Spanx that I keep seing metioned? they sound like

something you could only get in an "adult" store.

That's what I did too! Down to a single digit size 1st time in 20 yrs!

Still need the spanx for the "jello" LOL.

Yup, me too. Lost 30 lbs. staying away from carbs... unfortunately, the lbs and carbs found me again

hehe, glad you said it first! it's a new name for a sort of girdle, without the bones, I do remember

those, ouch. I remember in the mid '50s, early '60's even us thin girls were not considered dressed without one, and oh, and a bra. Mine were sort of a waste.
Then a few years later nobody had a girdle and some were burning their bras??

Steve, you still with us?

Now with new job, after years of a untucked polo or a cook's coat over loose checks, I have to look sharp in a company polo (very attractive) and Dockers so I have to trim up a bit.

Nan
