School district called today and offered me a leave replacement

that will probably run until Christmas break. Couldn't say no - it's at my favorite school and with a group of kids I already know and love. I'm pushing going back to work after surgery, but I think I can tough it out.

This means I'll probably be back to lurking more than posting (Hey you there, I see that sigh of relief!!!!) I'm sure I'll be active again as Thanksgiving panic sets in... but in the meantime, eat well, treat each other well, and know I'm thinking of y'all.
