Slightly Late Weekend Six

Sort of like a "life coach"? You get advice like "breath in, breath out, repeat as needed?"

(With apologies to any "actual" "Life Coaches".)

 
Depending on what people substitute in place of the gluten-containing items they were eating,

it could definitely be possible to have weight loss. If one subs whole grains in place of processed wheat products, it wouldn't be surprising that they drop a few extra pounds.

To tout it as a weight loss method would be going a bit far.
