Susan, you really need to make a paella with the smoked paprika. Completely drool worthy usage of this amazing spice....

nice recipe for the smokey chipotle BBQ sauce too. printed!

I'm thinking of making this on the grill in a pan, with indirect heat on both sides of it. Nice for a group. I have a bunch of potatoes that need to be mashed and this would be perfect.
