...so I thought I'd make a nice light Easter dessert: limoncello tiramisu

This is my limoncello tiramisu AFTER Nyla climbed up the stairs, squeeze through the

railings onto the table top and had her way with my cake while we were in the dining room eating.

Since she only licked the lemon curd and whipped cream off the top, it's possible she's an English dog and is suffering from scone deficiency.

So sorry about your beautiful tiramisu. It does bring back fond memories

My sister had a counter surfing lab mix. Oh, the dietary indiscretions of Ti. She once at an entire batch of beautifully iced Christmas cookies waiting to set up enough to be put in containers.

Thanks, Gay. Face is doing much better...still on antibiotics, but eye socket no

longer looks like something pickled in formaldehyde sitting on a shelf in Igor's laboratory.

Wait!

I bet we could put that in a movie and call it "Thanksgiving (or Christmas) Story!"

My friend left her dog with her brother over Christmas. When she got home, the dog was pooping...

...the paper twist and foil from Hershey's kisses.

So glad to hear you're feeling better but heartbroken over your tiramisu

- so beautiful - yet happy that puppy Nyla didn't eat original tiramisu with chocolate. Reminds me of the time our best friends' dog ate almost a whole loaf of iced chocolate chip cinnamon coffee cake. A huge mess on so many levels smileys/wink.gif Colleen

One year my cousin had a boxed and wrapped jar of Godiva chocolate sauce under the Xmas tree

She never could figure out how her dog unwrapped it and opened the jar and ate the entire thing without getting a drop on the pale seafoam green carpet.

Our friends' dog chewed off the ace bandage on his leg and . . .

they were worried that they would have to take him to the vet. Then he started to pass it. . . and pass it. . . and pass it. Yes it was still whole, longly so.

Gad! Dogs! smileys/smile.gif
