Solving the ravioli ...no-stickee...problem. I finally called around to find another shop

That's what I did last time. Like making perogies. Couldn't get it to stick any better but at least

it wasn't a lot of work.

That's a terrific idea, using the filling to make lasagne. Brilliant. Then I'd just drizzle the sage brwon butter over each layer.

Must try this.

Rolling dough out by hand though, I just won't do. I have a hand-cranked machine that I'll try. Arthritis in the wrists is not great for pastry people.
