I guess I use my VM for most of this. The FP wasn't strong/big enough for my sourdough.
(though I only tried in using my sis's newer 11 cup model) At home I use my KA for making bread. Maybe I'd use it more if it wasn't such a pain to clean, or I had a kitchen big enough I could leave it out on the counter. Or in the kitchen -- it lives in it's box on a garage pantry shelf as I have no room for it in the house.
