REC: Quick n Easy Strawberry Spinach Salad
For a quick tomato-less salad I'll be making this for the 4th. It's the Worcestershire sauce that adds a bit of zip.
1 small bag of spinach
1-2 baskets of strawberries, sliced
Dressing
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
2 t minced onion
2 t sesame seeds
1/4 t Worcestershire sauce
dash of paprika
1/3 cup veg. oil
Put first six ingredients into a small bowl and stir. Just before serving, slowly add oil to above ingredients to emulsify by using a wire whisk while adding oil to incorporate well.
