I made this to go w my cinco de mayo dinner, and it sure was good. Normally I don’t make an entire pitcher of lemonade, so tried this recipe and it hit the spot w my meyer lemons and fresh berries I pulverized in the vitamix.

Lol! I did share all this was because of the rarity of taco Tuesday happening on cinco de Mayo. So told them, don’t expect this again, lol! Meanwhile today I’m flat in bed recovering with a tv show marathon till my chiropractor can get me in tomorrow. I did have leftover guacamole for breakfast though, so there’s that, lol.

Oh and to gild the lily I made a small amount of lemonade ahead and froze into ice cubes w strawberries in them. So pretty!
