Sweet potatoes/blue cheese gratin?

Maybe I am wrong about the blue/bleu cheese!!
I have read several recipes for sweet potato gratins with cheese of varying sorts and maybe I am mistaken about one the cheeses being blue. Yours sounds great and I subscribe to FC and know the recipe is good if you liked it! I will give it a try! Thanks for responding!

Here is one I made for Thanksgiving.
I used half Yukon Gold potatoes and half sweet potatoes. You could easily use all sweet potatoes or Yukons, for that matter. I did a search and couldn't find any sweet potato gratin that had bleu cheese in it. If you do come across it, post it please because it sounds like it would be a good flavor combination.
