Yay!!! That was really fun! Basically I took your hints and thought...what would Paul like to eat?

First I tried to see if it was something you replied to, no luck there. Then it was something that was vegan/looked like it would fit and sounded like something you'd like to eat.

And what was that cabbagy, cheesy looking white stuff in the picture of the eggplant? The red things? Did you improvise? Lol :eek:)

Mimi is the one in Canada. I'm a native however have lived in various parts of the U.S. for extended periods before getting back to the Golden State.
I did not improvise on the picture. That is how the flesh of the eggplant looked from that angle. The redness is I guess from the lighting. Who knew that breadcrumbs could suffer from red eye?
