I only used 3 large chicken breast halves but due to the fact that I really skimped on the amount of the cream sauce on each breast (husband Supposed to be on WW), I have a ton of sauce left over. I plan to rub it on something else soon (maybe all over my FACE!)

Great idea! However I bought a huge chunk of Manchego...any ideas for that?

Invite my husband over? That's his absolute favorite cheese.

He buys a chunk every week and eats it at night with fresh apples.

Yet I'M the one that has to take cholesterol medicine.

I Made it with pasta once and rice the lqast time and it is sooooo good! I have been remiss in expressing my thanks. My husband loved this chicken recipe.We felt quite reluctant to have to share this with DMIL(whom we made it for in first place!)Thanks so much.
