Thanks to Melissa for the recipe Chicken in Poblano Cream Sauce...

I'm thinking about making a dip out of it....

I've mixed it with shredded chicken for unbelievable enchiladas and quesadillas but I think it might make a nice dip along the lines of the buffalo chicken dip. Thinking to mix the sauce with shredded chicken. Add a layer of maybe some additional chopped peppers maybe not. The put the shredded cheese on top and sliced black olives. I can't imagine this not being good - sort of like an artichoke and spinach dip.

Going to try this week. Will let you all know how it goes.

 
Lol, I couldn't have chocolate for several years and kind of lost the taste for it. However, I've

been enjoying some See's summer berries truffles that my neighbor brought me from San Francisco. Yummy.
