Thanksgiving tradition. It's not Thansgiving without....(name that dish.)

I did! Here's the recipe:

ANDY'S PINK FLUFF
(Pineapple delight fluffy jello salad)

12 oz. can Carnation evaporated milk
20 oz. can crushed pineapple
1/2 cup sugar
3 oz. strawberry Jello
1 Tbsp. vanilla
8 oz. cream cheese

Put condensed milk in freezer for about two hours until it gets chunky. Combine pineapple and sugar, boil seven minutes. Remove from heat, stir in Jello, set aside to cool. Whip condensed milk and one Tablespoon vanilla in with hand mixer. Mash cream cheese into the mixture with a spoon and whip lightly with hand mixture to distribute evenly. Pour into a 9"x13" baking dish and refrigerate until mixture is firm.

Thank you Traca, I am going to make this, I have two non-meat eaters

at my table this year, and want to make sure they get enough food that is yummy!

It's not layered. I haven't made it myself yet, but when I ate it, it had

bits of creamy goodness. And it's a beautiful shade of pink. smileys/smile.gif

My favorites too including trying your MIL's creamed onions in lieu of my Mom's. Also, lots of

yummy turkey gravy!

Traca, my pineapple fluff is in the fridge...it looks divine and tastes so good. It really has

a good mouth feel! Love it! Thanks for sharing that. Really, a die hard foodie would never know it had Jello!
