HA! I'm with barb - yeast scares me. Mine can also be traced to childhood memories...

My mom's specialty was making yeast rolls and we kids loved the smell so much that we would keep sneaking in the kitchen pinching off bits of dough as it rose. We'd end up with awful stomach aches.
