Thawed vacuum sealed chicken on Friday, my fridge is very cold, is it still good?

I would use it, no problem, especially since it was defrosted in fridge. . .

if your fridge is like mine it probably wasn't totally defrosted till sometime today (Sunday).

 
I thawed v-s pork in the refrigerator and used it several days later. The

vacuum-packaging retards the growth of bacteria I think (except in the case of botulism, which thrives in anaerobic conditions (ie., a can)!). Either way, we are fine ;o)
