Chapter 2: Olaf’s Favorite Pizza Dough


Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 ¼ tsp yeast

Instructions:


  1. Mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it bubble like a snowstorm—5 minutes.
  2. Add flour, salt, and oil. Knead until smooth and snowy soft.
  3. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
  4. Shape into a circle, snowflake, or… an accidental blob. It’ll taste great either way.
