I make the Pistachio Cranberry bark each Christmas. Make sure to get...

...a good white chocolate. It has to have a ton of cocoa butter in it so you get that wonderful smooth mouthfeel.

Trader Joes has white chocolate chips that works really well.

I can't remember where I got the idea.
