not eggs, but did you see on dinner impossible(or was it gordon ramsey) show how to peel garlic

many cloves at once? He took the cloves and put them in a small aluminum bowl, flipped another bowl over the top to cover and then shook the dickens out of the cloves and poof, peeled cloves.
