This is totally NFR but, gosh, this made me happy!

Absolutely. this video has really resonated with people around the world.

People have been feeling so bad about so many things for the last couple of years (war and the economy, for starters), that it's nice to see a celebration of love. I think it's such a beautiful blend of color, music, and joy.

Ya know.... maybe it's just me and my crochety nature, but when I first saw this...

...I was sure it was fake and staged.

Fun. Very fun. Loved the video. But something just isn't right.

I saw portions of the interview with the happy couple, so maybe my instincts are wrong, but I still don't feel 100% that this wasn't staged.

I'm an idiot, I know.

This is WONDERFUL! I'm sitting here with tissues, too, especially when the groom takes her arm.

This makes me want to go give my DH a big hug! Thank you so much for sharing!

It didn't look spontaneous or like a group of non-performers. Something about the whole...

...production. It's like looking at a photo that just doesn't look right, and then your teenage son says it's because the photo has been "photo-shopped" in some way. I'm just not tech-savvy enough to know the cause, but I can look at something and sense if it just isn't legit.

I guess I'm way wrong here, since there's plenty of evidence to support what they claim they did at the ceremony, but there's still a little part of me that thinks this was not real.

Never mind me.

I think they just had the right group of people who were up for doing something different.

I think that makes a lot of difference in how it came together.

I'm not sure faked is the right word. I think the participants were aware

of what they planned to do but I think the folks in the pews were surprised by what happened. Look at the faces in the audience.

As far as the performers some of them danced as bad as I do and look kinda of dumpy, as I do. I don't think they were pros.

The guests didn't know, according to the bride. The parents did. I'd assume they smiled and

started the clapping, etc and that made the guests comfortable with it. Also, the bride said she danced in college, whatever that means. Perhaps several of her attendants also had dance experience? The entire wedding party recreated the dance on the Today Show Saturday morning, I thought it looked a lot more polished than the original. One of the groomsmen was in a leg cast and had to do his part on crutches, then was in a wheel chair.

Am I the only one that is confused by this....It is getting such media attention

I LOVE weddings. All weddings, including this one, puts a smile on my face...BUT, I can't get over the dancing in church. I must be prudish, but vows are so important and sacred, dancing doesn't cut it for me....

Agree that it puts a smile, every wedding does, and clearly they are happy...Just do not want every future couple try to one-up this to get the media attention....

Just my two cents.....

I agree completely. These is a 28 year old couple who are excited to

start the rest of their lives together and are Happy! I've been married 41 years and I'm excited for them. I wish them a wonderful life!

Steve's right - it's a pure expression of joy and weddings are meant to be celebrated...

I could see my pastor dancing down the aisle with them smileys/smile.gif

What are the latest numbers about divorce? I have a feeling this couple stands a really good

chance of staying together. I love it! But, of course I got married on April 1st, in Reno, at Cupid's Chapel of Love.
