I bet this would work in a jelly roll pan, cut into 9 rectangles,

and I have a small amount of "German chocolate frosting" (coconut almond) in the fridge for the 1st 3-layer torte! I like the comment about 5 stars out of 3 tops - that's high praise! Thank-you Gay! Colleen
