and maybe a 1/2 tsp of sugar

Generally, no sugar in coffee, except for Cuban coffee, which is half sugar! I like a little sugar

in my iced Earl Grey.

Speaking of sugar, I am considering giving up diet sodas for fewer regular sodas. Much fewer. What are your opinions on artificial sweeteners?

Heather, when I was dairy free for a while, I liked the soy creamer from TJs

very close in mouth-feel to dairy.

Tea: milk and two (generous) teaspoons of sugar. Don't drink coffee.

Sometimes I'll have lemon and no milk. But still sugar.

I've taken sugar in my tea for years and tried to give it up numerous times. I Just.Can't.Do.It.
