We have come to love the fat-free yogurt pizza dough flavor and ease of prep, so last time I made a double batch of dough. We made/ate 1 pizza and froze the remaining 3 partially grilled naked 2-people pizzas. When the frozen bases were topped and reheated, we found the dough/crust tough but next-day leftovers were MUCH better! The sauce and other ingredients rehydrated the dry pizza base, including crust which we consumed with joy! Today we'll have the BBQ'd beef brisket pizza for lunch. Toppings were outstanding so expecting the "marinated" pizza to be wonderful.
Now I'll have to think about freezing base, defrosting, building pizzas and letting them sit before finish baking.
