Here's a tasty one I used ages ago on cocktail rye bread. Rec: Muffin Hors’ Doerves
Muffin Hors’ Doerves
2 small cans chopped black olives
1-1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1/3 cup green onions, finely chopped
1 tsp curry powder
1/2 cup mayonnaise
8 english muffins
Split muffins and cut into halves. Mix other ingredients, Spread on muffins. Bake on cookie sheet at 350 degrees until golden brown, approximately 15-20 minutes.
Also good on cocktail rye bread. After baking cut in half or leave whole.
