Very fresh vs not so fresh eggs. A question for the bakers. Do you think there's a difference in

at our summer farmer's market the organic lady always asks for he radish tops from our bundles. for

her chickens.

excellent

in a local town called Cotati, there are chickens that live right on the main drag in front of a Walgreens. They've been there for years. I often see them when driving by. At night they sleep in trees. Unlike stray dogs or cats, I don't think they do any harm or menage people in any way. And some of them are really colorful and interesting looking.

chickens will eat ANYTHING

don't assume that by "ANYTHING" I couldn't possibly mean to include "that" I DO mean to include "that" and even "THAT".

I won't go into the horror stories but we do have some.

in the summer

in Phoenix you can fry your eggs right on the sidewalk! How awesome would that be?

Survivorman would say yes

occasionally we would find a cache of eggs somewhere from when we were letting the chickens freelance. but we never ate those eggs. Probably no good reason not to but again that "civilized" thing in us kicks in.
