Vitamix Lemon Curd...using frozen egg yolks

California is also a citrus state and lemons are in season right now, but I’m sure we likely get some from Mexico. I know I’ve seen limes from Mexico in stores sometimes.

I sure wish I could share my lemons w you all! Need to come up with lots of ways to use them besides zesting and juicing for freezer. Hence the lemon thread I posted.
 
Wow, I just paid 2.99 for a bag of 10 lemons at BJs. (2 lbs) All of this curd talk has given me a hankering......
