We are going to have some very dear friends visit us over Christmas and

Yep, That will be one breakfast. I always have Ina's Granola in a

container in the fridge and I also make her Orange Yogurt so I'll make sure I have a fresh batch of both done ahead. I'll just put them out in nice serving bowls and let them make their own. Breads and juices....done.

Printed Joe....I'll make sure I have extra rice just to do this. It will be a

great dish to divide up the mis-en-plas so everyone can be a part. Actually, they'll enjoy. Thanks.

Yep, I'll make sure I have the crusts pre-made and frozen. Quiches

are so easy. Thanks for the reminder. John and I actually like it for breakfast also but we also eat Dawn's Enchiladas for breakfast. LOL

OK, I almost skipped over this one cause anything that sounds like making

any sort of bread type dish makes me start to shake. I've just given up on that. But when I saw the frozen dinner rolls I opened up to the idea. Arna and the girls will love this where Ombing, John and I will probably not be as crazy for the sweetness. And now that I've thought about it more I think it would be neat to do one breakfast with a sweet and a savory. A little of both. And this one I can handle....the scones...can you say hockey pucks?

Ah, this one is right up my alley cheezz. I want to be able to make

some things that can be made ahead and frozen. So now, after you freeze them do you defrost them before cooking? This is a great idea for a munchies with drinks also. Love this one.

I just went and looked and I already have the Curried Couscous Salad

printed out. It's a great recipe. Thanks for reminding me of it.

Thanks so much everyone! Great ideas here and you've helped me

to get my brain going. Now I will sit down and map out a game plan.

I deep fry them THEN freeze them... you can reheat in the oven, or toaster oven.

I think you'd reheat about 325 deg. for 20 min... just until they are hot - the veggies defrost quickly.
