We followed a recipe from Gail's -- I think posted by Dawn/MO. We used pretzels, marshmallows, strawberries, banana slices and squares of orange poppyseed bread we had leftover from breakfast as "dippers". We're hunkering down for our first winter snowfall in MD -- and fondue seemed the perfect way to celebrate!

I heard NY got even more than MD (we got between 12-15 inches)!

It was fun -- we shoveled the driveway, had hot chocolate, went sledding and made fondue -- doesn't get much better than that! The ultimate irony was after such a mild winter, I was getting ready to pack away some of the kids' heavier winter things -- glad I didn't smileys/smile.gif
