Yep, we just did Roma tomatoes and a peach in very small dice, but

I think it would also be good with a vinaigrette and maybe some basil. I'd always seen it as a salsa, but it was refreshing on its own.

 
Hi Dawn, I missed your post before, and just saw it. Yeah,basically,I made chocolate covered peanut

butter uneven rounds/mounds - not specifically "cups," ie, a take-off on Reese's, but so so so much better. The only time I needed to use heat was to melt the chocolate. Very easy and very delicious!

in the winter - where it's full of ice storms and other fun stuff. The irony never ends.
