Apparently I have a 3-track mind ;o) Not that I wondered about potato salad, but did post about Loupy's potatoes that I made into potato salad!
Next time I'll get one of the "fancy" pectins - and I must've not cooked it long enough even though I did follow directions this time!!
I wonder if I can recook the jam now that it's cold and still hasn't set. I think I'll try it with one jar and if it doesn't work, use the rest in cooking, not as jam.
