What a storm - lost all appliances - need recommendations for toaster oven and electric kettle

Go for the Advantium oven-- it's a microwave/convection oven, Marilyn's right

makes the most awesome chicken. We call it the magic oven--roaster chicken (3-4 lbs) in 22 mins. Makes a roaster a mid work week possibility! Crispy skin, really good. Baked potatoes in 8 mins, crisp skin like baked.
Popcorn perfection--not a one unpopped kernel in the bag.

Can't rave enough about this oven! I love it!

 
I had a microwave convection in South Africa - really loved it!
