I think I'm missing something but don't know what so I'm turning to you experts for help.

Absolutely nothing. In fact, I would even trim it a bit....

I'm not sure what pate cheescake is, but it could be redundant with the filo rolls, artichoke tarts and portabello quiche. That's a lot o' pastries!

The only thing I would consider adding is a very simple green salad (i.e. spinach or arugula with vinaigrette and nothing else.) and perhaps another bread choice besides the biscuits. Dark rye, perhaps?

Charlie and I will coordinate our flights so you don't have to go to the airport twice.

Yes, with the cheese and fruit board. I lover the lavash with all the seeds and herbs.
