What am I missing from this open house menu?

I see a distinct lack of bacon here smileys/smile.gif How about Pig Candy?

But seriously, it sounds so lovely, your guests are very lucky... Now, what is a white Cosmo? White cranberry juice? Which gets me to thinking, is there really such a thing as a white cranberry? hmmmm.

 
Rec: White Cosmopolitans with Candied Cranberries

4 cups Kettle One Citron Vodka
2 cups Grand Marnier
2 cups fresh lime juice
4 cups white cranberry juice
120 candied cranberries

Mix everything except cranberries in a vat or a pitcher. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add cosmo mixture. Shake and pour into a martini glass. Garnish with 4 candied cranberries threaded on a skewer.

Rec: Candied Cranberries

1 cup firm red cranberries
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup water

After washing and drying cranberries, prick each berry in several places with a needle. Boil sugar and water to 230 degrees F. Add cranberries and cook gently until syrup will jell when dropped from the tip of a spoon. Remove berries. Place on wax paper to cool and dry. Roll cranberries in granulated sugar.

Makes 30 (quadruple this recipe for 30 servings)
