What are you making for dinner today?

mmmm they sound good! I am in the mood to make tacos. Funny thing is, that it was all about

seeing a beautiful avocado yesterday. Just called out to me, so now I want to do tacos and nachos/guacamole.
Funny, how one ingredient can steer my menu!

 
Reheating chicken soup and making garlic bread. (But there's a tiny Payard lemon tart for dessert!)

 
Chicken Milanese with Escarole Salad and Pickled Red Onions and corn on the cob picked today

 
barb I frequently do that, but by the time I'm finished driving...

I may end up in an entirely different country than the one I was aiming for. Sort of like Bugs Bunny missing that left turn at Albuequerque.

Dinner doesn't happen here on most Thursdays

as I am in the pottery studio from 5 until...and Rich plays racquetball from late afternoon until...

I did make the chicken and cabbage stir-fry that Pat posted a while back, last night. It is great! Thanks Pat.

Tomorrow, we go out for a fish dinner.

I'm liking the roasted asparagus over polenta idea for Saturday night.

 
I was planning on making yellow split pea soup, but then DH's family walked in the door...

so four adults and two kids later, we ordered pizza.... smileys/frown.gif
