old-fashioned fricasseed chicken, mushrooms, and pearl onions in a stock, wine, and cream reduction sauce with buttered french green beans, and mixed garden salad with herbed vinaigrette.

Eva, we were actually...

giving it a trial run for a dinner party and it came through with flying colors. We can make it on Wednesday and serve it on Saturday after a pass under the boiler!

 
Richard, I do get that the fricasse can be made three days ahead but how do you make it LAST
