What are your favorite cucumber recipes? Here are two of mine:

Do a search online then- I buy it at the grocery store here. Someone online is bound to have it.

 
Ajinomoto is just msg...

and hondashi is bonito flakes & seaweed stock base, you could just replace it with anchovy paste

So even without these ingredients, the salad would turn out fine!
