my chef's knife, jar pop, small wire whisk, medium size spoonula, plastic spreader, and a small spoonula with special shoulders that get into the crevices of jars to get the last bit of mayo, mustard, etc.
Not Judy but I use my flat whisk for making sauce. It lies flatter to the surface area of the pan or roaster and the wires do a better job of getting to those hard to get to spaces. I think they make for a smoother sauce.
Little Pro Cuisinart food processor (3-4 cup), use it a lot and far more than the large one.
Wooden spatulas for cooking
Microplane graters
Kitchen scales
two sizes of mise en place dishes plus a graduated sized
set
garlic press
Peppermate pepper mill
The last 6 items are in constant use during meal prep. I'm thinking how fortunate we are to live in a time when so many wonderful time and labor saving tools are available to us.
Yep, that's mine minus the garlic press. I just don't care
for them. I love the little Cuisinart FP but I'm not sure it fits in this category but It is perfect to use for the two of us. I do believe you are my doppelganger Curious....;0)
