What dessert would you make for a crowd (40-50); must be chocolate;

Joe, this looks suspiciously like a chocolate cake with chocolate icing...am I missing something?

 
Yes, it's the best chocolate cake with the best chocolate icing ever smileys/wink.gif The almond and rum flavors

are pronounced along with the chocolate, and when the cake is just barely baked it melts in your mouth. It's somewhere between a cake and a souffle.
