What do I have here?!

Ang, I use a Victorio strainer. I love it. It removes the seeds and peel. I cut the tomatoes into

maybe two-inch chunks and feed through the hopper. The seeds and peel come out the end, and the pulp comes down the chute. I usually put the seeds and peel back through to extract all the pulp.

I also have the "berry screen" which is great for removing raspberry and blackberry seeds for seedless jam.

That's a shame, Dawn! Next year try the super marzanos. They're wonderful. If you want a sweet

cherry tomato, try Sungolds.
